All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Wrong Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
